Decent phone for calling but DO NOT like the texting format. Too time consuming. No more hitting the letters and moving to the nxt. Got to press arrow button plus ok button to get a letter. Now whose bright idea was that. Might better call or maybe that is what they want you to do to use minutes. In other words the text option is junk

I have very basic needs so this phone does that, texting and calling. I don't use any other functions of the phone. I do wish that I could assign different ring tones to different people.

This is like an early flip phone. It's 4G but there is not an easy way to text. You have to scroll through the alphanumeric buttons to text anything. It's not an intuitive phone to use. This is my son's first cell phone and was bought this for emergencies. He does not like this phone.

I was trying to update my phone but this phone keeps dropping calls and sometimes it just doesn't work. I have called 3 times for help and take out sims card and battery, it works for a few minutes then it goes back to dropping calls. I have not had so much trouble with a phone before now.
