This thing came to us packaged perfectly. No damage whatsoever. Great quality materials. The only problem I had with this is the directions that came with it. No words, just pictures. And the last step gave no clarification whatsoever on how to attach the cushion to the bench itself. For those that purchase this, use the 4 foam strips (included), but grab some double sided tape. It has adhesive on only one side, so you just need to attach some double sided tape to the opposite side of the foam strips. Then just adhere each of the 4 foam strips to the bottom side of the cushion, and viola.
