This particular card you mention will not add 365 days of service, it will only add 30 days of service. There are cards that will add 365 days of service but they cost a bit more: there are also cards that will add 60 days, and 90 days. Also be careful, if you are using a smart phone and just buying the "smart phone add ons" that these will not add service days to your account. You can also add service days by purchasing the "Basic" Tracfone cards, the white ones, which will add service days along with some text/data/phone minutes sometimes at a cheaper price than the blue "smart phone" cards.

A: I had the same problem a week ago with the card listed as 500 each of minutes, texts, and data for 30 days, It only came with 200 minutes, 200 MB data, and 500 texts. I called but it still listed with 500 each
