A: Hi there, Our paper tea bags are fully compostable, non-heat sealed, and do not contain any plastics or gluten. Our Non-GMO tea bags are made from wood pulp and sustainably harvested abacá (Musa textilis), also sometimes known as manila hemp, even though it is actually a species of banana.

A: Hello there! Our product is specifically designed to be consumed as a beverage, so we unfortunately do not have insight into eating the remnant tea. We would recommend you consult your doctor for advice on consumption. We do appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention, and we're sorry that you received our tea in this condition. We use high-speed machines, and even though they are considered state-of-the-art, occasional problems do occur despite rigorous quality control inspections. Could you please contact us (information below) with the expiration date and lot number so we can send this to our quality assurance team? This date and number sequence can be found on the flap side of the carton where you close the box, after the words "Best if Used By Month/Year/Lot". A: You're welcome to enjoy our Raspberry Leaf tea iced. With a few exceptions, we generally recommend that all our teas are consumed as hot as possible for optimal effects. That said, we do understand that sometimes it is just too hot to drink hot tea. At these times it may be appropriate to ice the tea after you have brewed it with boiling water and allowed it to steep for the amount of time recommended in the brewing instructions. A: They are not bleached. Our tea bags are compostable, Non-GMO Project Verified, Rainforest Alliance-certified and made from both sustainably harvested abacá leaf fiber and wood pulp into a double-chamber design that ensure better herbal extraction (no chemical sealants!)

I like that Traditional Medicinals has swapped out plastic lining for foil and that they don't use staples. But this Raspberry Leaf tea did nothing for me. In fact, their Peppermint tea helped my menstrual cramps better than this did. The flavor is very subtle and, like their Dandelion Root tea, it irritates my throat, causing shortness of breath. I am not a fan and will never use it again.

The taste isn’t as bad as everyone says. Drank this when I was at the end of my pregnancy. Didn’t do anything special for me. Probably has some health benefits though.

I have been drinking this tea for years and it has helped regulate and shorten my periods. Only con: it never seems to be in stock in stores. Had surgery and my period is totally out of control, and every time I try to order it - nothing. Whoever is buying this tea out, please stop hoarding it. You aren’t helping anyone. Besides that, this is great for you.

I bought so many boxes of this! Ended up having a smooth delivery after drinking this every day (then multiple times a day towards the end of my pregnancy). The flavor is not too strong, it sort of tastes like green tea. I liked it iced or with honey

This tastes like drinking plain hot water with only the slightest hint of pepper in it. I quit caffeine, but so far have found absolutely no herbal teas that actualy taste good, and I've tried many different ones.
