Tea from Kenya and Malawi provides the briskness and coppery-red colour while Assam gives full body and flavour. The tea is great - however, in the last several shipments we have had a number of the pods "erupt" spilling the tea into the cup. Often requiring us to clean the pod holder in the Keurig and tossing the cup of tea out and starting again.
