This doesn’t massage (Ie no rolling parts)- it’s a vibrating heater. It runs off of a power bank that after 5 minutes showed it was only 50% charged. The cord going to the device is thin and doesn’t look sturdy. I would not recommend.

The battery only holds a charge for about 30 minutes. The back massager is weak and you can barely feel the pulses on your back. Complete waste of money. If you are experiencing back pain buy a different device.

I have purchased 3 of these! 1 for myself (I have severe spinal problems), 1 for my grandson who borrowed mine and wouldn't give it back so I bought him his own, and now 1 for my dad who is 89 (he has severe sciatic pain). You don't even have to wrap it around your waist, you can just lay it on your bed or chair and lay or sit on it. It works exactly as described and is a top-quality product. The massage works wonderfully!

I got this belt for Christmas and I use it in my car while I drive to and from work, I bought a car charger for it. I love the heater, it works really well and can get pretty warm. There are different settings and modes for massages, which are like different vibration patterns. The heat and the vibrations help soothe my back and helps to get my muscles to relax early in the morning and after a long day at work. I I also really love the material, it's so soft. So happy to get this as a gift!

I have been pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the back pad. It does not replace a human massage, but the vibration is sufficient for relaxing the muscles. The heat only has two settings, and I could not tell a difference, but it is not overwhelming hot, nor is it just barely warm. The heat seemed appropriate and easily controlled by the switch (i.e., cycle on and off it too hot). The only very minor complaint is the need to plug it in for a DC powered unit. But other than that, it is a good device for the price, and I am pleased with its performance -- not perfect, but pretty darn good value for a back heating pad/massager.

Enjoying this heated massaging belt for my back so far! It is well made & of good quality, it's more impressive looking in person than I thought it would be. The material is very soft and comfortable. I've even used it for my sore shoulder, it has more uses than I originally thought when I purchased it! Very pleased.

Purchased thud for our grandson who is a high school athlete and he uses tor his back and legs and lives the relief it provides!I purchased a second one for my husband post surgery (abdominal) which provided tremendous relief and helped in healing.Very soft and comfortable to use.

I admit, reading the raving reviews I was leary, it might be to good to be true, but this thing delivers and then some!!The heat combo with the vibration helps not only my back, but my shoulders, legs, and provides ease to my stomach. After years of trying multiple devices, this belt actually does what it says! It has an expander belt that can be used for larger areas. I recommend anyone needed releif to try this out. You will NOT be didsapointed!

I love this product! It is absolutely amazing. I fractured two vertebrae aps a result of being a passenger in a very bad car crash ten years ago. I had surgery but never healed completely. I have tried every product you can think of and nothing has helped... Until this. I reccomend this to everyone.

I put it on a chair to lean against, The problem is that there is no zipper or any way to get into the pad cover. The inside workings have twisted around making it very uncomfortable and I don't have anyway to get into it

Have been having problems with lower back pain for a while. I tried this belt, and it really helps relieve my pain. This is the first vibrating lower back heating pad I have tried. I Defiineity recommend this for back pain.

The heating pad works well in both massage and heat features. The only drawback is that it comes in two parts, making it cumbersome to wrap around your waist. The control has various settings to select vibration and heat levels. Quite impressive device altogether. I would recommend it for soothing comfort to minor muscle pain issues.

I strained my back and had been using a heating pad. I searched for something that could be of more help. This heating pad/vibrator is perfect. It is the perfect size of me, but also has an extender for larger sizes. The auto off gave me comfort in falling asleep with the pad on my back.I felt better immediately.

I love this product; it is very soothing and relaxing. It eases the pain and allows me to work pain-free while it's on. It automatically shuts off after a while, which is nice. I tend to keep turning it back on because it feels so nice. If I happen to fall asleep while it's on (because it truly is relaxing), I know it won't stay on for more than 30 minutes.
Needed a deep tissue massager, not strong enough.

My husband has herniated discs so I bought this as a gift for him. Unfortunately, the massage feature was not strong enough to help relieve the deep tissue pain he experiences. We returned the item. The heat feature was nice, though. Would probably be great for sciatica or occasional back pain, just didn't fit our needs.

I get a sore back sometimes working from home and sitting in a not great chair. This really helps loosen it up. A lot of people said that it was too small but as a not overweight woman, it fit fine without the extender. I like how it turns off automatically too. Good value for not much money.

I have been experiencing bouts of back pain. My husband purchased this for me to use to get some relief. I like that the product does exactly what it says. It heats up really fast. I like that the heat can be adjusted. The material that it's made of is comfortable. It feels like a big soft hug. I like that it comes with a belt extender which makes it fit my waist perfectly. I also like that it has different intensities and modes to choose from. I have only had it for a few days now, and I have used it each day. This product has provided me with some much needed relief so far. Customer service responded rapidly to activating the warranty.

Having had back surgery, a half dozen or so years ago, I suffer from persistent back pain, especially in my lower back. I find the heat and vibration of this product very comforting and soothing. I only wish it was larger, in order to bring the same relief to my upper back, shoulders, and neck.
