A: They promises you toothbrush heads for a five star review, but they never send them to you. You can't buy them because they don't have them for sale, it's a scam to boost their company!

I heard about this toothbrush when I was in the US in November on CBS Morning Show - I was in need a replacement brush so I ordered it. I intend to use it as my traveling brush since the charge lasts a few weeks.

I had another brand that stopped working. Tranqwill was much easier to set up and doesn’t involve numerous beeps, tones, long and short notes, etc., to get it going. Different pressure settings allow customization.

I purchased this product not knowing how happy I would be. My go to toothbrush has always been problematice in performance and the noise factor is a real turn off. I have had many electric toothbrushes over the years and this one by far is the absolute best product I have ever used. It's quiet, efficient and gets the job done. I am happy with my purchase and consider myself lucky to have found it. The best part is that it doesn't spred toothpaste about the bathroom or mirrors when in use. My teeth and gums are looking better every day!

Absolutely love the toothbrush but you can NOT buy replacement brush heads. Called company direct and they are out of stock (FOR OVER A YEAR NOW!). This makes an expensive purchase totally useless. DON’T BUY.

Never worked, unfortunately realized that after return expiration window & charged accordingly. Complete waste of money. Lesson learned, check out purchases immediately. I had this shipped to me. Hopefully someone else has better luck

Just rec'd but so far love this toothbrush. Makes my teeth feel as though my hygenist just cleaned them. Several different settings, 3 different brushes. Wish it was easier to order additional brushes. That's why only 4 stars.
