It was a perfect gift for my grandson who loves transformer toys. He enjoyed playing with them very much

I'm a big fan of sets like these. You get a car, a cool spider, a G1 character with a converting head, and a comic book villain (that turns into a tank!). It's the kind of set that has something for everyone, no matter which particular style of Transformers you enjoy. I especially appreciate how different each figure is, in terms of transformation and appearance. Hasbro could have given you 4 similar cars or planes, but this set is waaaaay cooler for both new and old collectors! In terms of complexity, these toys are meant for older kids or adults. They're much more complex to transform than a 1-step or Cyberverse/cartoon toy. So if you're a grandparent looking for a gift for a 5-9 yr old, this may not be the right fit. Always read the "# of steps to convert" written on the back of the packaging (written as an infographic over the image of the toy) - it tells you how complex the Transformer will be. The higher the step count, the more difficult to transform (generally). There are a lot of parents/grandparents who still do not take advantage of this useful info, and get frustrated by the more difficult Hasbro toys. Just like buying a shelf or couch that doesn't fit into your room, be mindful of the step count and you won't run into any problems! :)

I only got this set for cliffjumper. Cliffjumper is a minor redeco of legacy chase so if you know one you know the other. Pretty cool legacy take on his TF prime concept

Two of the 4 were made incorrectly the arms were put on backwards which makes it incapable of being transformed

The packaging was easy to remove them and came with instructions on how to transform them from one character to another. These are special edition ones and only sold at certain stores. They are big enough to transform but also do not take up a lot of space storing them. Two toys for the price of one.

The spider is so very cool with its spider legs. I am super grateful this comes with step by step instructions or even I would have had a hard time transformimg them. With the directions though easy peasy! Defined recommend for those who like to make their toys different characters.
