The new formula is causing extreme hair fallout. I’ve used this shampoo for the past 10 years and I’ve never had this problem. Absolutely HATE the new formula.

Really surprised by how much I love this. My hair was dry for months and this is very hydrating. Paraben free. Scent is good. Worth the money. Packaging is fine but the plastic is not very thick and was misshapen. The bottle is fine in the shower if you keep it upright.
Tresemme is the way to go

I love the way it has my hair feels and looks. I wash my hair and my skull feels really clean and wash away all the build up. Has a really great smell. My hair feels and looks more healthy.

Bottles Have Weird Chemical Smell Now

I've been happily using this shampoo and conditioner for many years, but the last couple of bottles I've bought have a terrible chemical smell that burns my nose. The product itself smells fine, it seems to be coming from the bottle. That was never the case before. I'm probably going to have to change to a different brand, because I don't like the idea of whatever is making that smell getting on my scalp.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m a guy and I have natural Afro hair I’ve tried shampoos but afterwards my hair begins to cut like too much. The lady that braids my hair recommended this shampoo and conditioner once I used it compared to the amount of hair lost was minimal very. I’m very happy with this product.

I started using this duo because I have damaged and thin hair. I used it consistently for 6 months and my hair began falling out in chunks. I didn’t realize it was this duo until I switched shampoo and literally in one week my hair stopped falling out. It still falls out but in a normal amount not chunks. This shampoo has sodium lauryl sulfate which causes hair to fall out. The only positive thing I have to say is that it does leave your hair very smooth.

This shampoo is amazing! It has wonderful ingredients! This one has all the same ingredients as the other tresemme shampoos but a few extra that just make it amazing! I've studied hair science for many years. Please please please don't ever change or discontinue this formula I'm begging you tresemme!

Conditioner bottle arrived cracked and product was spilled all over. Wasn’t able to get a refund without returning spilled damaged product. I bought in two pack and Was required to return both containers.. terrible experience buying online from target. They also messed another item in this same order. I am rating my experience (not the product) since I wasn’t able to resolve this otherwise.

The shampoo made my scalp feel like it was burning a little bit after use but went away by the next morning. Probably won’t use it again, but will use the conditioner for now with a different shampoo.

My hair was down to my hips, recently cut it shoulder length so I decided to switch over to this brand and try this duo because I'm letting it grow back to my previous length. My hair hasn't been dyed in over 13 years, I use heat on it once a month and that's only if I have a special event, hair was in overall good condition. I've used it for not even a month 2-3 times a week and my hair now feels fragile also I don't know if it's the strong scent or what that is causing my scalp to become sensitive, irritated, itchy and causing flaking. Had to stop using it. Years ago I used Tresemme and I had the same problem with the sensitivity.....until I stitched

I love this shampoo and the conditioner. It smells good, lathers well, cleans my hair (duh), and is a good price for the size of the bottle. I’ve been cutting back on putting heat on my hair but still do it most days and found that my hair isn’t getting as many split ends since I’ve been using these products
