I have been using this for a couple years and truly loved it. However, with the recent update in packaging, they also changed the scent and it's now really strong and terrible. I can't handle while my hair is drying and won't even be finishing the bottle. I will not buy again, and am very disappointed that I have to find a new type. Also, the packaging change where the conditioner bottle is the same color as shampoo is just downright stupid. Too easy to mistake while using.

I have been rebuying this conditioner for the last several years and can honestly say it’s one of my favs. I have thin hair and it can sometimes make my hair look flat but that is better than the frizzy alternative. It has the classic tresemme smell which can be a bit strong for some but I enjoy it. Great value for a great product.

Why did you change the bottle from white to black. Now both the shampoo and conditioner are the same color!!! Obviously the marketing team does not wear glasses!!! Lost a very long time customer due to this simple change!!!

Great product for the e price you pay. My daughter has incredibly fine and dry hair and this is one of the best conditioners I have found for her. I do feel like it takes a while to rinse out but that would be the only downfall.

Just like the shampoo version this one is the best conditioner I've tried. I got this one because I have straight, fine hair and most other shampoos and conditioners are for curly hair. Many other conditioners wouldn't make my hair feel soft and untangled, but this one does so well my fingers run through easily now. And it smells so good.

I ordered my usual conditioner online & this is what they sent. Please tell me this is a mistake. This conditioner smells terrible. It's nauseating. WAY too strong, & completely different from the white bottle. I finally found a conditioner that controlled my frizz, & they ruined it. I won't be trying it. Trying to decide if it's worth returning, or if I'm just going to put it in the trash. Where it belongs.
