My husband's body cannot process choline, and he doesn't like swallowing pills. This multi is a rarity in meeting both of those needs. It tastes OK too. The same brand offers a better deal on the multi that has choline, but this is the one we will stick with.

I buy Tropical Oasis Multi-Vitamins regularly because they contain more than vitamins. They also contain minerals,amino acids and herbal extracts. A very important feature for me is that they don't contain sugar.

Non-essential and undesired aluminum is listed on bottle, but not essential minerals copper and magnesium. The July 6th, 2018 warning letter from the FDA to Aegile Nutrition ( Tropical Oasis ) might be of interest to Tropical Oasis consumers. .

Don't know if it's the suppliment or not, but I have found that my appetite has curbed significantly and I've stopped having crazy food cravings. Helps even out my mood swings during that once a month time. Love this product!
