I fear this has too many B vitamins in it for me. I'm sensitive to them. They keep me awake. I've tried to take them for several days now and I don't sleep well at night. These are probably fine for most people. It's too bad, though. I bought 3 bottles and I fear because of the Pandemic, I will be unable to send them back. All well, I guess I should have only purchased one bottle to start with.

I have tons of food intolorances & react badly to most multi-vitamins with all the herbs and whatnot they seem to add in. But I can take this one with no problem. It doesn't cause me any stomach problems. Even better it seem to really lower my sugar cravings.
