Q: I've been using these earbuds for about two years. Yesterday they just stopped charging. As far as I can tell, there is no damage to the charging port. It's not my cables. Why did they stop charging?
A: I also tried cleaning the charging port.

Q: How long do they take to charge in the case on the go?
A: Ate these earbuds able to be used with Iphone?

True Wireless Earbuds: The earbuds take approximately 20-30minutes to charge in the case, the case itself takes a little over an hour to charge. The case supports recharging the earbuds multiple times from a single charge. Q: is there a way to change the earbud like settings or programing to make it where the left one is useful without the right one

Yes, while the right earbud is still in the closed case, try pressing and holding the left earbud's button until it turns on. Q: i have had these for not even a few weeks and they are cutting out and crackling and i don't know what to do about it

Earbud blinks blue 4 times. 3 Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 4 times. 4 Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Q: why does when i pause what im listening to then unpause it my headphones take time to play the sound

The earbuds will turn on and off again, indicating the reset. Then repair them with your phone. Q: I have had these headphones for not even a week and I love them but if I want to use only one it has to be the right because the left one won't connect unless the right is connected

Q: My left earbud wont charge even if I leave it in the case all day. The case is charged fully and the right charges when I put it in the case. Do I need to reset my earbuds?
A: Hi, sorry for your trouble. It sounds like your left earbud is not charging properly. Pls use a Q-tip to clear the charging contacts (those metal dots, there are 3 of them on each earbud as well as the charging case) on the earbud and the charging case. Then put the earbuds back into the charging case, the LED indicator will up if it starts to charge. If it is still not working, pls contact customerservice@ttinno.com and we will help you 1on1.
