Q: It connects to my sisters iphone 14, my tv, my chromebook, but not my iphone 11. Is it the phone or the earbuds? I can never use it because it can never connects. It used to connect just fine before.

Q: How do you re pair the headphones to each other. My phone is seeing them as two different headphones vs a set. Thanks!

Hold the power button for approximately 10 seconds to perform a reset. Alternatively, place the earbuds into the charging case and then remove them for a ""soft"" reset. Another method is to fully drain the battery, then recharge and turn them back on. Ensure that your earbud case is fully charged. If holding the power button doesn't resolve the issue, try lightly pressing and holding down the touchpads of the earbuds while they are in the case. After a few moments, both earbud LEDs should flash red and white, indicating they are ready for pairing. Q: How do you turn these off? The manual slip doesn't say and when I leave the earbuds in the case, the white lights on the case stay on.
