I used truheight for about a year and grew about 3 inches. went from 5'10-6'1. people that say they don't just don't do simple research man. Just try it out for 3-6 months and see if you have any growth. I promise you will fs.

I need to control these with my teen, since he loves the flavor and I´ll catching him trying to eat more than two gummies a day. He´s been feeling vibrant and motivated. My son is 12 and a half and shorter than his classmates. He doesn't love milk and dairy products in general so I know he is low on calcium levels. Bought this thinking it would just be a supplement to his diet but me and my wife have seen significant growth since he started taking so we're very happy with the results.
