This product makes my son dream, so it´s a sign that he is reaching REM state. I feel that if he´s dreaming, then that actually means he´s having deep sleep which means his growth hormone is being released, wich means he is GROWING. Excited for this product.

Takes so much time and convincing to get my kids to go to sleep before I found TruHeight sleep gummies. They take them 30 min before going to sleep and they get deep REM sleep and are refreshed to go to school in the morning. My and my partner take them ourselves too :)
