this headset feels and sounds like absolute trash. the ear cup is so hard it might as well just be raw plastic, and the headband is way too stiff- so the thing just flops around on your head. id compare wearing it to wearing one of those beer hats with the straws. do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20 on a better unit.

Horrible!!! I hoped this might be an amazing headset for my child, as I’d call for them over & over, but… The headband is not adjustable & it is so flimsy & uncomfortable!! It didn’t even fit well on my adult, standardized head.

They have this cheap thin foam like material that doesn’t even go all the way around your ear. They’re extremely uncomfortable and painful to wear. They have better quality ones at Ross and those types of stores for less.

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

There was static no matter how many controllers my son and his dad used. They was really simple to attach and I did like how much you can adjust them also just couldn’t deal with the static so I gave this review 3 stars

Works great for $15 But it is plastic so treat gently. At first it was intermittent but that’s because of a loose connection in the controller. Tested in a computer so I know it was the controller. Pushing it in and out a couple times must’ve cleaned off corrosion or something because now it works great. Turn up the volume control on high if needed. Also in the Xbox settings there is a volume control Setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sons old mic, after many many MANY hours of use, had turned into what the gaming community calls a squeaker!
