Product has promise, but if you accidentally drop the tube, the top with the rollers comes off. It is impossible to reattached. Very bad design.

Not sure if the product design that causes you to throw it away when it is still half full is pure incompetence or pure greed. Be curious as to the answer.

I love the packaging and roller-ball design as it makes the product super easy to apply without the need to use your hands. The slight cooling and massage-like feel while applying is really nice as well. It didn’t have an overwhelming smell to it either! The downside for me was aside from the moment of application, I did not feel any noticeable relief.

I had shoulder pain and was looking for something to help relieve it. I came across this in the unscented form and decided to try it. The three roller balls to apply the cream were so helpful. I did not have to use my hands to apply the cream and the massage they provided helped relieve the pain. This is great for by lower back stiffness, too.

I stumbled across this product when I was at the pharmacy buying an very large bottle of Tylenol and decided to try it. I have an operation scheduled for six weeks from now and have been in severe pain in my leg trying to lie down and get to sleep at night. I don't want to take prescription pain meds if I can avoid it but extra strength Tylenol wasn't working. I bought this, rolled it on, the pain areas in my leg disappeared almost right away and I fell asleep and slept nine hours. I could not be happier.
