Umbra does a lot of things well, but dish racks are not one of those things. This is the second rack I've purchased from them, and it's a fail. While I like the smaller size and ability to fold it up/put it away, the fact that it's foldable means there are dips in the rubber lining that allow the water to easily spill over onto the counter and sit underneath the unit. Not good.

Although it’s a great idea and I thought it would be nice to be able to fold it up to put it away it really doesn’t work. It’s very small (might be okay for a single person), the tray is flat so dishes are sitting in the water definitely not large enough for a family of three.

The unit is quite small and devotes a disproportionate amount of space to utensils. The water also overspills the mat if too much drops onto it. Having said that, I deliberately chose this rack because I wanted something that would force me to dry and put dishes away vs. leaving them in a bigger, unsightly pile on a larger drying rack. Depending on your usage patterns this will either be a great rack or annoying.

I love this dish rack so much it is perfect for small spaces and can be stored under your cabinet. If you have a lot of dishes you may want to go with the bigger size as this one is quite compact but it is perfect if you are only looking to dry a smaller amount of dishes and I love how aesthetically pleasing it is

This dish rack is great! You can set it up in a few different ways depending on what your needs are. That makes it great for smaller spaces (take up more or less counter space as needed). It’s cute too so it’s not an eye sore when it’s on the counter .
