The pens received were missing the little protective covers on the tips to keep them good until used and because they were purchased from a Target Partner can't get them replaced without returning these back to Target and then re-ordering on my own -- so much easier to just trash and move on to something else!

These are just about the best pens I've ever used & I've used a lot of pens in my life. I like these very much, but there are a couple things I think could be improved. The purple ink needs to be more of a true purple. It's almost the same as the dark blue pen. The other one is the pink ink. It needs to be darker. It is so light that it's nearly impossible to read. Other than that, I think these are excellent pens.
