You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat.

The rug matched style and decor of the room. Decided I prefer a higher end material for the bedroom which it is in so I will move this rug to a different area of house. I’m pleased with rug overall but should have chosen a softer type rug down the bedroom

I bought two runners for my kitchen about 6 months ago. They are literally falling apart. We are a family of two and never wear shoes on the rugs nor vacuum with a roller brush. The rugs have shed a lot since day one and the corners have consistently flipped up creating a tripping hazard. It's a great looking rug, but definitely not worth the money.

Nice look but seems narrow and still uncurling at edges. Maybe once unrolled for a while, it will lay flatter. Not soft on feet but jute usually is not. Using in kitchen and happy with look.

Very disappointed have not been able to get into my account to advise the company. The rug is not attractive at all. It has no shape. The edges are crooked all around. For the cost of this rug I would have expected it to be better. I have tried to reset a password to get into my account but I never receive a link and I have tried to upload pictures it is not allowing me too.

Color, pattern, are exactly right. However the size is not exactly square enough. Parts of the rug have holes where it's sewn together so I probably should have bought a flatter rug. This is bulky, not an even rectangle but will do until I change it in a few years.

The texture and thickness go well for high traffic areas. The top criss-cross design adds flair and dimension. I bought the runner, doormat and (2) 4x6 rugs. Some may not like the 'bump' under foot when walking on the criss-cross but it was what I was looking for in my mudroom and walkways. I applied removable rug grippers to the corners of the rugs to keep them in place. I personally love the look!
