Runner rug was perfect for our hallway. It matches well with the living room rug.

Very nice rug, but very difficult to get it to lay flat! I'm still trying! Any help would be appreciated ? I did think the color was a little different than some sample pictures. I really liked the option of "see this in your room"!

It was too big for my laundry room. And didn’t match the smaller rug I got to match!

This rug came folded. While I finally got it to lay flat but putting weight all over it, the edges are stretched and wavy. I really like colors and quality of the rug for the price. So it’s very disappointing that the edges are all stretched out and not square. I don’t see a way to fix it.

These rugs come rolled, so it takes a week or so to lay flat. The colors are pretty and quality is good. Would definitely recommend!

This rug is beautiful, but there are some small areas that have blue and pink colors mistakenly woven into the edges. It isn't too noticeable but it does make me question the quality/value.

The perfect size and design for my dining area. I have a 4 ft diameter round dining table with six chairs and this was the perfect size.

Beautiful design and the size was accurate. I ordered it a size too large for the area I wanted but was able to use it beautifully in another area..my basement entertainment area. So soft to the bare feet!

I bought several sizes of the Charlotte rugs and they have been a huge headache. First of all, none of them are actually square on the edges, all of the edges are crooked and wonky looking. Second, if you are expecting to simply unroll them, and put them in place when they arrive- think again. They are rolled so tight that you have to re-roll them the opposite direction for DAYS before they will lay anywhere close to flat- and even then it took weeks for the waves from being rolled to flatten out. They also did not work at all with rug tape or the everyday performance rug pads sold here (the thicker felt ones). The rug and pad were constantly sliding off each other and refused to stay aligned (even with tape). Only thing that holds it in place is the cheap rubber non-slip pads I picked up at Walmart. The only reason I'm keeping these is they all match and I like the pattern and I could get all the sizes that I needed- the corners are still curling up and a problem I guess I'll constantly be struggling with.

The size and color of the rug is exactly what i wanted. I was a little skeptical about the colors ar first. I was worried rhey would go well with thr color of paint i had in my room, bit it was a great match!

Nice rug for the price but the color is not as picture. Where it looked navy blue in pictures, it’s actually gray.
