For someone who has struggled with insomnia, these are extremely helpful. They generally help me to fall asleep within a few hours after taking it and my sleep is restful. I don't typically experience grogginess when taking Unisom SleepGels but I do have a harder time waking up in the mornings. Overall, I will continue to buy them! I would recommend them to any friend who has trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.

I bought this during my pregnancy and still use it over a year later. It helped me through bouts of sleep deprivation. I have trouble falling asleep and this helps me dose off 20 min after taking. I only use it when I can’t tune my thoughts out.

I waited a day and then tried it again. I didn't have the same reaponse than the first and it did allow me to fall asleep faster and stayed asleep throughout the night. Will ne using this product when I need the extra help!
