@glowtonomy target Smartly ‘s All-Purpose Cleaner & Facial Cleansing Wipes . . I’ll be reviewing only the Facial Cleansing Wipes today. Smartly is a Target owned brand that launched October of 2018. According to them, their products cost about 70% less compared to similar products from other brands. Their products range from detergent, house cleaning products to skincare products. . . I’ve been using the Facial Cleansing Wipes for about two weeks. Packaging claims the wipes are unscented, hypoallergenic, and paraben free. The wipes remind me of pampersus wipes (but smaller in size). I’ve been using these to remove my makeup, and although they are not the best I’ve tried they do a decent job for emergencies. It did a good job removing foundation and face products. However, when it came to eye makeup it still left a lot of mascara no matter how many times I wiped. I wouldn’t repurchase as makeup removing wipes, but maybe more to have during hikes and outdoor activities to remove dirt. . . It’s fifth ingredient is Phenoxyethanol, which is used as a preservative in cosmetic products. Some people might not care for this information, but I also know a lot of people who will care. . .
