I switched to this eyeliner several years ago when the eyeliner I was using continued to smudge beneath my eyes. This one is 99% smudge proof. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something that doesn't smudge.

Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow in Diamond Dog and Glide On Waterline Pencil in Tootsie are impressive additions to my makeup routine. The Moondust eyeshadow, a dark cool-toned brown, is beautifully subtle with just the right amount of glitter—nothing overwhelming—and it blends effortlessly, making it a joy to use. The Glide On Waterline Pencil in Tootsie is a rich chocolate brown that truly makes my blue eyes pop. While it doesn't have the staying power I'd hoped for on the waterline, lasting only about an hour or two, it performs well otherwise. Overall, both products deserve a solid 4 stars for their quality and impact!

I've been wearing this for over 20 years, only draw-back, for some reason most pencil sharpners do not work or peels a lot more than it should. I did purchase that special sharpner for this pencil. it still peel away more than it should. Hopefully it can be made into a retractable and those who are allergic to wood by-product materials can enjoy that bold color.

The end of the pencil broke off, The eyeliner tip does not sharpen. The crayon itself inside the pencil is all dried out and shredded. It was a total mess. I will no longer purchase this eyeliner.

The holy grail of shades! I love these! My go to's since I've received them. You can make your own look with these and change it around depending on if you want a day or night look. Alone they are each pretty and go on smooth with great pigment but together they look beautiful as well. Perfect for my complexion, matches nicely with my brown eyes. Packaging was very friendly and inviting and last all day for long wear without smudging. Just a little spray of my setting spray and I'm good to go. Waterproof and all!

The application of the glide on pencil is flawless! Its creamy texture makes using this simple and painless. Great pigmentation! It doesn't stay as long as I would like , however, my eyes seem to water more than most so it probably wouldn't be an issue for most people.

For me personally it smears, unfortunately I have allergies so that doesn't help. I'd say try if you do not have watery eyes due to allergies.

This stays put on the waterline though I have to gently dry my waterline with a q-tip for it to glide on. Takes a couple layers which can irritate the eyes. It does glide on the lash line effortlessly and the pigmentation is strong and stays put however it will smudge even where I don't want it to smudge. I like the Tootsie for day with my dark hair and blue eyes. Gifted by Urban Decay in exchange for my honest review.

The pigmentation is very good and it lasts all day. I have more affordable ones that I like more. This is hard to use as the pencil is so thick so it's hard to get a detailed line. The packaging is nice but for the price I would say to look elswhere.

This is one of the smudgiest, short lasting eyeliners I've ever owned lol. the 24/7 thing is a lie for sure... not heavily pigmented & takes multiple layers to achieve the depth of color the pencil is supposed to be. but it does glide on super smooth & easy. as far as application goes, this eyeliner glides on smoother than most I've ever used & it's super creamy & I absolutely love the 'demolition' color but yeah it starts smudging & wearing off within an hour or two. this might be accelerated by my oily skin, but my skin isn't THAT oily though, plenty of other eyeliners that don't even hype up or feature their 'smudge proof' ability last far longer than this eyeliner does.

I love all of urban decay's liners and this color is really great. It is slightly lighter than my skin and makes a great brightening liner for my waterline to wake up my eyes at any time of day (I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review)
