[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Tootsie is a rich, deep brown with a creamy, smooth application. The formula glides effortlessly without tugging and sets to a long-lasting, smudge-resistant finish. The color is beautifully pigmented, though it requires a couple of passes for full intensity. While it stays put well, it may fade slightly on oily lids without primer. A great everyday shade with a reliable formula—just not completely budge-proof. 4/5 stars.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This waterline pencil is a game-changer! The "Tootsie" shade is the perfect deep brown, not too harsh, but still gives amazing definition. It glides on like a dream with absolutely no tugging and stays put for hours, even on my notoriously watery eyes. Seriously impressed with the pigmentation and longevity. Five stars all the way!

I recently tried the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Waterline Pencil in the shade Tootsie, and I'm impressed. The cool medium brown hue offers a soft, natural definition that's perfect for everyday wear. I was impressed by how smoothly it glides on without any tugging. While the pencil is marketed as waterproof and long-lasting, I did notice some transfer after a few hours.

I have recently become a fan of brown liners and this one is the best one I've found yet! I use it the most to smudge out a wing on my upper lash line. It is way more natural than black and looks amazing with blue eyes! Good amount of product for the price as well!

It is easy to touch up and wipe away right after application, but once it's been on for a little bit, it doesn't smudge with rubbing. I gave it four stars only because the color is not ideal for me, but other than that it's a great product.
Too soft. Too much comes on at once. It's smears easily.

I actually dislike this product a lot. I wish I would've tried it much sooner as I would've returned it. I find that it's difficult to sharpen because it's so soft. It makes a mess and I lose a lot of the product in the sharpener. A lot comes on when I apply. Again due to it being so soft. When trying to remove excess, it smears I get it all over my hands just trying to open it. It's only waterproof when it's on your hands. Since it applies soft and mushy- it doesn't stay on your eyes all day. It migrates! I used to reapply it a couple times (before I gave up and I've switched to a different eyeliner) throughout the workday before I went into a meeting. It disappears throughout the day.

I like the medium beige color of this waterline pencil as it blends in better with my skin tone and is not a stark contrast. It brightens the eye beautifully.
