Gentle and refreshing

My actual go to face wash ! I love this sooo much I use it every night and it's the best ever !

Makes my face feel very clean. I have been seeing a slight change of my discoloration snd dark and acne spots disappearing slightly.

It's only been about 6 weeks or so but I can see my skins texture improving

This is a new go to in my skincare regimen. It's gentle enough for everyday use. Leaves you with a nice deep clean! Definitely purchasing again.

Was not a right fit for me

I love the gentle gel cleanser because it is not super harsh on my skin. It does not over dry me out and my skin is still cleansed well! I've been using for about 6months to a year and my skin is very smooth, even and glowy! I used to suffer from combo/oily skin, but it is extremely better!

I like the anise/licorice smell—it’s reminiscent of my gram’s Italian cookies. I also like the actives in this formula—niacinamide, kojic acid, azelaic acid, alpha-arbutin. However my skin has become worse since integrating this cleanser into my routine. I’m sensitive/compromised from Tretinoin and generally oily and acne-prone. I have noticed many more visibly clogged pores since I started using this and more painful cystic acne even though I’m using Tretinoin and clindamycin. This cleanser also leaves a film and feels as though it won’t thoroughly rinse off. I decided to do some research on this cleanser’s second ingredient cocamidopropyl betaine or CAPB. CAPB is a synthetic fatty acid derived from coconut. I typically avoid all coconut-derived ingredients including coconut alkanes due to the excessive oil production they cause in my skin. I found an article on CAPB reviewed by a dermatologist and contributed to by a biochemist which notes, “While CAPB can be safely paired with other ingredients, keep it to a minimum if you’re acne-prone, as washing your face too much can result in your skin over-producing sebum.” This ingredient is apparently very effective at removing impurities from the skin so I believe my skin is over compensating by ramping up its sebum production. There may be another ingredient in the formula that is causing this irritation. The quest for a gentle gel face cleanser continues.

Smells good and thick and foamy , makes me feel refreshed.

I like what it has done for my skin so far. Hopefully I will continue to see more results.

I bought this on a whim at Ulta. I love it and my skin feel so good. My skin glows after washing. The smell is different(licorice) , but I like it now.

I love this cleanser. It leaves my skin feeling super clean but without that tight and overly dry feeling.
