I discovered Utz chips after they bought out the Kitchen Cooked (Farmington IL) brand and changed the flavor and crunch of Kitchen Cooked.The Utz chips remind me of the Crane and Kelly brands of chips we had 50 years ago. Utz regular chips are quite flavorful. I'm not a fan of flavored chips and can't really say anything about the flavors.

I am a UTZ brand consumer however in all the years this is my 1st time to get a bag of chips where all of them were dark around the edges and small this must be a bad batch and as everything else i wasted my money this time and they were a harder chip than normal

We have enjoyed UTZ potato chips instead of all others for several years, but were sadly disappointed to find that the chips in the new bag were, simply put, awful. The potatoes had not been peeled, so aside from the brown edges, they had a bitter taste. Some had the gray spots one finds in potatoes that have been bruised, and others were burnt. I will buy one more bag, and see if this was just a none-off. I sincerely hope the next ones will be 'back to exceptionally yummy chips'.

Sadly I have bought my last bag of Its chips. As a child I would hustle up enough change to run up to the local market to get a bag of chips that came from a large metal container. Now those chips are no longer the ones I remember. After several bad bags I decided to try one more. This bag was absolutely tasteless. Even the ripple chips were the same. Solo sad.

I don't know when things changed as far as ingredients, but you now use seed oils to cook your chips. The woke gov't agencies I guess have convinced people that lard (which you used to cook them in) is not healthy. There is so much food ignorance in this country. Our grandparents used lard and beef tallow for everything, and they lived healthy lives into their 90s. "seed oils are processed oils industrially extracted from genetically modified crops". Canola oil is made from GMO soybeans which are processed using a substance called Hexane, which is similar to gasoline in nature. Disgusting but true. Sorry, Utz maybe you caved to wokism, but we're done.

I purchased a family size bag of Utz Original Potato Chips. I just opened them to enjoy them while watching Monday Night Football. I don’t often eat Potato Chips but when I do, I expect a quality chip that’s why I purchased the Utz Brand. I began to consume them when I noticed that chip after chip that I pulled out of the bag were overcooked and not at all delicious or enjoyable. I am sorry to say that I don’t think that I will purchase another product from the Utz Brand.

These are ok in a pinch. Not great but not entirely terrible. Too thick, cooked a bit too long (many browned chips) and nearly every chip in every bag in the case I order was broken down to a size no bigger than a half-dollar coin, most were much smaller. My advice would be to stick with Lays original when you just want a plain but good potato chip

They are always fresh and do not have a lot of oil on them like the other chips on the market. I wish we could find them in a store in Northwest Arkansas. As long as I can order them online, I will be happy until I can buy them in a store!

I also received a bag of Utz Cheese Balls which I had not tried before, but I plan on including the cheese snacks in my next order. Again, the Utz potato chips arrived intact and tasted great!
