A: Gee, I bought this awhile ago. It is most likely 100% cotton, however there is NO filling, it is simply quilted together front and back, with a very nice intricate stitch. Please let me add; this is a quality piece. It has stood up to many washings, and there has been no shrinkage, or wear noted. Surprisingly, even though it is not a thick blanket it has a lot of heft and weight and is very warm.
