A: It does become foamy.

If I stop using this wash something bad has happened to me. Smells fairly chemically but it's not bad. Consistency is good. However sometimes excess will drip on the bottle and make a sludge, I wash it off but it's just annoying.

My dermatologist recommended Vanicream lotion and I accidentally bought this instead. I used it once because I pumped it out before I realized I bought the wrong thing but even the one wash made my face super itchy for about 3 days before it started feeling better again. I wasn’t positive this is what it was at first but I’d made no other changes. After reading reviews I realize I’m not the only one with the same type of reaction. Long story long, I wanted to love it but will definitely not be repurchasing..

Great price and great quality product. Gets your face clean but doesn’t dry it out. And no noticeable fragrance. My first bottle lasted a good 4ish months with 2x daily usage. If wearing make up I do recommend another pre cleanse beforehand, which is standard for most face washes.
