It's also ideal for crawfish boils or to deep fry a turkey! The large capacity can handle up to 120 tamales! The aluminum is compatible with most cooking surfaces, even a campfire, but do not use on induction stoves. The pot’s removable steam tray also allows for custom configuration, giving you the most adaptable large pot for cooking! The included steam tray allows even steam circulation for dishes like tamales. The glass lid allows you to see food that is cooking to preserve nutrients and food quality. Hand washing is advised for this aluminum stock pot.
