Fine product. Wouldn’t mind if the scent was a bit weaker. It’s not bad, but it gets cloying. Deducted two stars for the absolutely moronic design choice to make the pump-head perfectly symmetrical, with only a faintly visible embossed [not colored] arrow to indicate which end of it the lotion comes out of! Any time you forget to look closely at it, directly, you have a 50% chance of pressing the thing down and watching the lotion squirt out the other end of the head [i.e. NOT where your hand was waiting to ‘catch’ it] and onto your clothing or the floor. Such a trivial thing… and so stupid & annoying. Guess we should be glad whoever designed this isn’t designing computer software: “Hey, wouldn’t it be cool to make the “Delete all files” button look exactly the same as the “Print” button? So fun!”

LOVE THIS LOTION (Nourishing Moisture)! I use it as my primary body lotion, once or twice a day and sometimes more. It is rich and extremely moisturizing. I buy it in the 3-packs of 20 0z bottles so that I won't run "dry". The one thing I would like you to consider changing is the lotion bottle pump assembly. I can't remove the top, thus I am forced to waste 1-2 Oz that the pump nozzle won't reach. Nearly stabbed my hand trying to pry the cap-pump off to use up the lotion and also clean the bottle before recycling. Please change this. Thank you!
