Q: The active ingredients state 100% petroleum jelly, but then says it also contains flavor as an inactive ingredient. Where is the lip treatment that is without flavor? The flavor makes me wheeze.

i really enjoy this for my consistently chapped lips. as long as it isn't too cold out this is amazing. if using in cold weather, you'll need a lot of strength to push this out of the tube.

I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about the tube. It's a standard squeeze balm. I think people not knowing how to squeeze from the bottom is more telling about their intelligence than it is the product. It works fine for me because I know how to use lip balm.

WARNING!! This is not the same product that they used to sell. I have used the vaseline in the tube for lips for many years. I like the stuff that's the consistency of vaseline in the little bottles. This one has added "FLAVOR". It caused problems on my lips because I did not realize this was an inactive ingredient of this new version. I am very disappointed. I will not be buying any more of this version. It is not the same as the old one!

Works decent for my 3 year old but the container is so poorly made! It’s too thick and when I tried to squeeze it out the back popped and 90% of the product fell on rhe floor. I’m not buying this again.

It is so very, very difficult to squeeze the jelly out of the tube. If it was easier, then I could actually use the product more often! The prior design with the round tip instead of the slant tip is much more preferred as well. I came to this site hoping to find a trick to squeeze out the jelly from the tube, but after reading some reviews, apparently other dry-lipped customers are in the same situation as I am.
