Horrible taste. I read the reviews and still took my chances because of the added creatine. I shouldn’t have. The chemical after taste is very chemical. The ingredients themselves are surprising. Why would chocolate need rosemary? So far I haven’t felt the “added” benefit but the taste is hard to ignore. And the scoop is huge. You will find the taste even if you use a scoop half the size. I wouldn’t dare add the amount suggested by their included scoop.

Great for on-the-go protein boost, and tastes great too!

I love this product which I enjoy in my daily morning smoothie. No bloating, no gas as in other protien powders which use whey.

This is a decent product, although it flies into the air in a cloud that is hard not to inhale - but why the black plastic? There are other products Vega sells that are in white tubs so clearly this is possible. Black plastic items, such as this large plastic tub, are generally not accepted in curbside recycling programs. This is because the optical sorting machines at recycling facilities cannot properly detect and sort black plastics, leading to contamination of other recyclable materials.

I found that it does best mixing with my ninja blender rather than just a shaker cup. I also think it has a better taste using unsweetened almond milk. I like that this has creatine in addition to the 30g of protein.

I really enjoyed this protein powder. It has a creamy chocolate taste for a plant based product. Mixes easily in water when I mixed in my protein blender bottle. This protein powder is not gritty if mixed well. I really enjoyed the taste and texture of this product. The price point is also great for this product. I would recommend this protein powder to my friends and family.

It's not easy to mix with a spoon, so you'll probably need a frother. I'm not sure about the effectiveness as I do not feel any sort of difference at this time but I'm going to continue taking it until it's gone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vega protein and creatine plant based shake mix is on my list of top five go to powders. I do not recommend the vanilla flavor so much, because it seems a bit chalky. The chocolate, however,is pretty delicious when it comes to daily and/or post workout recovery shakes. It's best if you can use a blender, rather than hand mixing or shake cup, but it doesn't disappoint, no matter what method you use to mix it up. It tastes good mixed with water, but to really appreciate the flavor of this one, try it with milk, or your favorite milk replacement option. This gives it a more creamy dessert like taste that hits the spot when you are craving something sweet!

It takes a little getting used to because they tend to have a more grainy texture. I have a coffee frother and an immersion blender that I used to mix it, and it makes a big difference. I like to mix mine with coffee sometimes. It has a good flavor once you get used to it.

I felt like no matter how much you shake it, you still end up chewing protein bits lol. I do like the pea powder because it doesn't hurt my stomach. I would rather the taste have been a richer chocolate, it tasted a little watery but overall would recommend giving a try.

I like mine with a splash of extra milk and I was super surprised at how thin and easy this was to drink. You definitely need to drink water before and after due to the creatine, but it is a great combo protein, since It also helps with muscle recovery. Would actually purchase this in the future.
