By the end of the month I had lost 9 lbs. It's slow weight loss. But that is what I prefer. You are able to keep the weight off easier. Not gain back.

Not sure it’s the best bang for your buck though since it’s recommended to take 2 pills 3 times a day. Not quite sure if it’s effectiveness as I only did it twice a day and didn’t follow a keto diet as recommended. But it did help quiet some food noise and helped me not over eat.

The packaging is cute and I liked that this product was designed for women cause our bodies are different . But I feel like this product was just not helpful for me at all. Of course you have to add a healthier eating habits as well for anything that you try . I did that as well with exercise .

I began taking these as instructed and within three days I noticed my plateau had stopped and I began losing weight again.
