Bike arrived in 2 days. Packaging was first class. We purchased 2 bikes and they work well. We are close to 70 years old and find them to easy to get on and off.

Velotric is now my go to brand. I love how nicely made the bike is. I would highly recommend the Fold 1. I've averaged at least 50 miles between charges and still could have gone more. That's with a normal use of all 5 PAS levels. (Mainly PAS 1&2) At 170lb rider with a lot of hill riding and mostly peddling not much throttle. Thank you Velotric

Today i received my 2 Fold 1 bikes. I have done considerable research and I had high expectations. These bikes blew me away. I don't know how they can sell them at that price. It's fast, comfortable and smooth. I haven't had time to test the battery but I am not really a long rider. This is my first e-bike so I have nothing to compare it to but it is a blast to drive. My only small issue is i need to lift the seat to remove the battery. Other than that it's solid, we'll made and a joy to ride.

Bought two so my girlfriend and I could ride together. Absolutely love these bikes! They are a smooth comfortable ride and the pedal assist makes those steep hill climbs a breeze. We can not wait to spend more time riding and enjoying our bikes!

Fast and the battery last for a long time My only concern is the folding mechanism materials. I don’t know how long the parts that fold the bike are going to last before they start getting loose . Otherwise I like the bike and I’m enjoying it.

I'll start off by saying that I haven't rode a bicycle in ten years. Ten years ago, I had great knees, and a great back. I now have neither of those things but wanted to find a way that I could exercise and be in nature. This bike allows you to move your legs and exercise and enjoy nature without over-exerting yourself. I never found myself wanting to use anything higher than Pedal Assist 2. This thing rides like a dream and I rarely have to change gears because it handles the hills so well with just a bit of pedal assist. This bike has given me a healthy hobby.

Back tire went out within 2 weeks was an easy fix and the bike seat exploded under me but these probably have to do with the fact I'm right under the weight limit. It went really fast though and hardly slowed down even when I wasn't powering it. Wish I still had it but it got stolen would highly recommend this bike.

You get so much for what you pay for with fold 1.Great power, sturdy frame, fun to ride. I have done so much errands on this thing and gave me the confidence to sell my car. Yup I sold my car to go ebike. I wish the gear shifter was better but I keep it at 7 and just let the motor bring me up to speed. It folds well but it is unwieldy when it is folded.

I purchased this as a commuter bike, household second vehicle and certainly cheaper than a new car. I’ve always enjoyed the freedom of riding on two wheels, as a child on a bicycle , a former Harley guy and now an e-bike. I’m 6’1 215lbs and fits me great. I purchased a fold bike to put in vehicle and to take up less space. I have a second story condo so folded or not it’s still heavy going up the stairs even with the battery removed. Love the way it rides, I may look into a suspension seat. It has a great look (I went with Pearl white). I thought the veteran’s small discount was a nice touch! I appreciate having a local authorized dealer to service this bike when need be. GREAT JOB Velotric 👍

We took our new bikes for their first run. Boy! Are they fun! I thought I wouldn't feel safe, but I did. Being a wimp, I only got mine up to 20 mph, but my husband got his up to 30 mph. Animal! Assembly is simple, a bit on the heavy side for me. We were able to fold them and fit them into my Buick Encore with a bit of finagling, but doable.
So much fun! It is like being a kid again.

Lovely wife and I took our new Fold 1’s out on the first ride yesterday. Bikes are great and had a great time. Just a couple of things, the mirror that came with them is terrible and we will be looking for suspension seat posts. Can’t wait for the next chance for a ride.

I am 75 years old and used to bike a lot. But as I got older small hills felt like big ones. But now I don’t even notice them. I ride my Fold1 every day and I am really enjoying it. The only complaint I have is the derailleur needs to be adjusted and the closest dealer is booked solid. This is something that could have been fine tuned before shipping.

I love my bike so far . I have no complints its only been 2 weeks . I don't anticipate any issues. I researched for months before buying this bike and it has everything that I wanted. It rides well , has enough power and I can ride really far before resting so far I have ridden 20 miles in 1 day. That says alot for me.
