Not worth it. Mattresses is denied and deflated on sides of mattress and inflated at a slope. The top and bottom looks to have done okay but at a slope. Contacted customer service about it and about processing a return and was given the run around with different responses. Was told by the first agent that it could be picked up for a return and refund and once transferred to schedule a pick up was told that it needed to be packaged back the way that I received it. Mind you it’s a mattress in a box! So was told I had to figure out how to get it to a store my self in the next 90 days. I bought a bed frame and mattress now I’m out a mattress. Customer service was rude and no help. I made the mistake of not paying attention to the reviews being paid reviews. I spent my own money on this item and I can absolutely tell you that it is not worth it. Don’t do it.

This mattress’ medium-firmness allows me to sleep comfortably, while supporting my body with structured support. I love the foam layer, which provides relief for my pressure points. It’s very breathable and I find that I don’t get hot when I’m sleeping at night – another important factor for my sleep these days. The box that it arrived in creates a minimal footprint in relation to other mattresses I’ve had shipped in the past. It made it simple to carry upstairs and allowed us to decompress it in the comfort of our bedroom when we had time for the set up. We did allow 48 hours for complete expansion before putting in on our bed. Overall, I’m very pleased with this mattress and will consider other sizes when we need to replace our other beds in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from lower back pain and from what I have seen the doctors recommend memory foam to help with stiffness in joints, and all other aches. It's a very large 10" high mattress. It's extremely comfortable, not squishy, rather firm feel. The mattress itself is decently heavy when transferring, would love to have had handles to help in the transportation . Overall very very satisfied and definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised that this mattress fit into a medium-sized box upon delivery! It was very easy to maneuver it's designated home! Before using, I made sure to let it fully expand for at least 48/hours before using! My oldest son transitioned into a new bed recently and this mattress has treated him well! It is medium-firm so it's not super plush, however it is very comfortable! He's a hot sleeper, so the cooling technology in this mattress has promoted a great nights rest! He DOES have an adjustable base, and this mattress worked flawlessly! It doesn't slide down and create an unnessarary gap between his foot board and mattress. This mattress always seems to stay well in place which is a huge plus. The overall comfort of this gel memory foam mattress has been an 8/10! It really contours the body, and offers amazing support! The firmness is great to target pressure points! If it were just a bit more plush it would be even better! Overall, the quality and durability is great and I am very happy with this product!

My kid is so happy with the comfort level too. It took a couple of days to fully expand but is firm while being soft at the same time. Vibe is worth every penny.
