This left my face feeling moisturized which was nice but also never felt like I fully got the product off. I’m weird and cannot stand that feeling. It also didn’t do a great job at removing any left over makeup after the first part of my double cleans. It was fine for me in the mornings so long as I used a toner right after to get rid of that weird feeling but after a week I got sick of it and gave it to my mom. Maybe if you have very sensitive skin this feels amazing but I’m going back to the Tatcha Rice Wash. That’s my personal favorite.

Not good for dark skin with makeup. I’m dark brown and wear the same color in make up - I bought this thinking it would cleanse my face - but it’s didn’t . I still have to wash with another cleaners and then this one. Wouldn’t recommend it for black skin

Loved the old cleanser. The scent of the replacement is overpowering, but my biggest complaint is the consistency and effectiveness of the product. Very disappointed as I have used this product for many years. Will look for an alternative.

I was using the cleanser for years and loved it. The bottle/ tube had changed and feels different, it also has a strong fragrance that the other did not. Please bring back the OLD face cleanser! Also leaves my skin feeling tight wear as the older one didn’t.

Used this product for years( 8+ yrs) and loved it. But they changed the formula and I am reconsidering other products. The sent is terrible. It is way too strong and smelled like cheap perfume. It still functions like a cleanser, but I can no longer massage my face with the product like i used to with the old formula. It is not smooth enough anymore. I am very disappointed with the new formula.

Does not feel clean after using. Wondered if I should cleanse my face with another cleanser after this 3 in 1 as it leaves an oily layer on the skin and I have noticed more spots coming out. Regretted buying a 3 in 1, should have just bought a make up remover and a cleanser separately.

I always have the feeling that this cleansers 3 in 1 or 2 in 1 didn’t do all the job correctly and I was right . This cleanser didn’t remove well all the make up or sunscreen residuals. For the price I was expecting more, it have no scent and made with thermal water but if my face is not going to end clean, this should be something else than be called cleanser.

I’ve been using this product for years, so was surprised to feel a burning sensation. I had noticed that the bottle was slightly different but I didn’t realize they completely changed the ingredients— please bring back the old formula! I can no longer use my favorite cleanser sadly :(

I've been using this product for 25 years in Germany and then in the US. With my last order in Nov. 2023, the packaging changed but so did the formula and the scent. I liked it better before. It upsets me when companies change the formula without being transparent about it with the customer, especially when it's not necessarily better after the fact.

This cleanser is gentle and removes all makeup without having to use water or be aggressive with the process. My skin always feels hydrated, smooth and efficiently clean. I always struggled with oily skin and breakouts and have used foam or cleansers that sud easily. Wasn't sure how I'd feel about the milky cleanser but it's my new favorite now.

I bought this thinking it will remove makeup and wash my face however this sucks at removing makeup. I used it as a stand alone cleanser and it still sucks. It feels like it leaves some residue behind.

Perfect for sensitive eyes and skin. Easily taking off mascara and all other makeup. Milky texture. Reasonable price. After cleansing my skin feels hydrated. Definitely recomended
