I have been suffering from arthritic pain in all my joints and lower back. I started using this with several other supplements and began to notice a major difference. So, I began process of limitation to figure out which one was making the difference. It’s CATS CLAW. It dramatically reduces my inflammation pain within 12 hrs of using it and if I skip a day it’s obvious. 100% recommend to anyone with inflammation. And research this stuff. I've only used this in mix with a few other tinctures when on the brink of a cold or during, and it seems to really help. Alone, I believe, would be effective as well.
