I found out about MCT oil via a Ted talk regarding seizures. I just started having seizures and discovered I have two different types. Also this was given to children showing 90% improvement. I hate popping anything and anything unnatural so I found this at another website more expensive. I feel great. I saw a negative review and I have to say nothing is a one size fits all. It makes me feel good. People should start small and if anything more doesn't feel right they should stay small. Does not interact with my meds either. Please don't change a thing. Please don't discontinue.

I honestly have no idea what this does for you. I've used it for weeks now and the only difference I've noticed is that is give me diarrhea. horrible diarrhea. so I googled it again and it says long term use is not good for you. into the trash it goes!

No difference in energy level, but... I sure did get to tap the benefits of having severe digestive pain. I started off with a very low dose into my morning coffee (about a tsp), and later that morning I was in PAIN. That still didn't stop me from continuing it for three remainder of the week because I was determined to see if it helped with mental focus and energy as it claims to do. Nope.

I LOVE the fact someone FINALLY figured out how to design this bottle top so that it doesn’t leak all down the side!! You have to squeeze out the amount you want. Awesome. The oil has no flavor which is what you want. Blends well in my frothier with nutpods creamer sand is still totally yummy in coffee. Thanks guys…we’ll done

You get a great amount for the price. My only complaint is the lid. Way too much squirts out way too fast, so you have to unscrew the lid to pour it out and then it drips down the side. If you don't mind taking the extra five seconds to pour it, it is definitely worth the price.

I just started using MCT oil in my coffee. I'm loving it! I gradually worked up to 1 tbl and have no side effects. I'm on a KETO diet for health reasons. My weight is good for my age. I'm 83 and still working as a tax preparer which means I have many CE credits that are required. I took the SEE exam to become an Enrolled Agent when I was 75. I take the oil to help with my mental health since keeping my job is important to me.
