This is really nothing more than some mild soap with a little sponge to clean an ear. My sponge is falling apart only 3 months after I bought it and we’ve only used it a handful of times. You could probably get the same effect with a makeup sponge and baby soap.

I am terrified to use cotton swabs on my kids ears, so I went in search of an alternative. Another mom I know highly reccomended the Fearless Kidz Ear Scrub to me & so I bought one for my daughter and she absolutely LOVES cleaning her ears with this, so I ended up having to buy 3 more bottles because the rest of my kids demanded they all have their own! LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!
