Q: How do we open the table to use the extendable leaf?

A: The extendable leaves are "hidden" under the table. To extend the table, unlock the side table locks underneath the table top and pull the 2 ends of the table top apart.

We've only had this table for 5 months, and it's already almost completely ruined. We do not use it heavily (basically just to eat ~2 meals a day, with placemats) and there are huge white scratches all over the top. It seemingly cannot handle anything touching it. Last week, we also had a vase of flowers on the table in the center and it tipped, spilling water on the table. We wiped it up, but the next day the top was completely warped in the area where the water had spilled. Again, this table doesn't seem to be able to handle anything that normally happens on a table. They clearly sacrificed the quality of the the materials in order to get it to this seemingly affordable price. Save your money and do not buy this product!

I really want to love this table. I do love the style and how the extensions is stored in the table. It came with a large ding in the side which is a shipping issue. The main issue I have is how easily the top is scratched. It seems like anything sitting on it that gets moves slightly leaved a very visible scratch in the veneer. This is very upsetting considering the price tag.

I absolutely love this dining table. I was worried at first the color would pull too red, but it’s the perfect shade of brown that goes well with my other walnut looking pieces. One of the best features of this table is the fact that the leaf is inside the table. So no need to try and store it somewhere else. Another awesome feature is the legs don’t move when extending the top, just the top of the table when opening it. It was well packed and easy to put together. Works perfect with the Copley upholstered dining chairs by Threshold that I have.
