WE Games Magnetic Travel Chess Set Trifold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this little chess set. It fits in my wallet successfully; meaning that it can fit anywhere! The pieces were super easy to remove from the original packaging and they magnetize to the board very smoothly and efficiently. I love the designs and colors on the board and pieces as well. It's perfect for travel or burning time while waiting in the many places we wait as humans, which is everywhere, always. I love this little board and it will always be with me.

However, it is very small and may be hard for small fingers to manipulate. I did not think it was super high quality. If all you're looking for is something to take on a road trip, this would work okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This magnetic travel set is actually really useful. It folds small enough to fit in my purse. The magnet is strong enough to stay in place. It comes with an extra queen for each color and two blank pieces. In a way it loses the elegance of a traditional chess set. It is plastic, the type that with time will wear out or crack with time. However having a real game that I can just bring anywhere trumps any negatives. This can be useful for long car rides, trips anywhere. Instead of whipping out a cellphone, we can interact with each other while playing a game. Bottom line: Super fun and easy to setup. It's also easy to put away.

I think it's a little cheap looking and perhaps not something I would want to play with regularly as the magnetic pieces could get lost or fall off and the board is slightly too small, but the idea is a great.

We didn't lose a piece and everything was easy to see. It fit easily into my personal bag into the plane making it easy for me to find once we were settled in our seats. We continued playing in Florida all we. Definitely my new travel must have.

I love it has a carry pouch so no pieces get lost or board doesn't get bent. My Kids enjoyed being able to play out by the pool or on the deck by the lake with no worries. I would buy this or another game like it again.
