A: Manual App Tracking Your scale will work with the free WW Scales by Conair® app to give you an easy-to-use way of tracking your measurements. To download the app, go to the Apple® App Store or Google Play app store and type WW Scales by Conair into the search box. Once you have downloaded the app to your device, it will walk you through the registration process. Note that if you are a WW member and would like to have your weight data sync automatically to the WW member app, you will need to register with the same user name and password you are currently using for the WW member app. Once you are registered, you can manually add data into the app tracker by tapping the “+” sign on the dashboard. You can choose to add data every time you weigh yourself, or just add data on certain days. You can choose to add just one measurement (for instance, weight) for tracking, or you can add any or all of the body analysis measurements, such as body fat, body water, bone mass, muscle mass, and BMI. The app gives you an easy, fun way to keep track of the progress you are making.

Got an error message on scale, plus the readings weren't right, so figured Batteries might need replacing. Batteries tested perfectly, but scale doesn't work at all, and if it turns on only gives Err message. Definitely don't waste money on this.

extremely inaccurate weight wise when comparing to our other digital scale this one was always up to 2 lbs more. we tested this by weighing a weight. this scale picked up 0.7 lb more. don’t trust it or spend your money on it

I already had a smart scale however this has completely replaced it due to it's easy and cohesive features. My old scale, although it could do almost all the same things, only displayed your weight and was difficult to manage the profiles of several different users in the home..but with this product I don't have that problem since everything is displayed on the scale. I also enjoy the sleek look of this scale as well as the ease of use in the app. Since recently starting a new diet, this scale has been so insightful to what changes are happening with my body. Definitely recommend!

It was time to replace my old scale and this one provides so much more accurate and relevant health information. It tracks body fat, muscle mass, body water, BMI and bone mass. In the past, if my weight would plateau or if I wasn't losing weight on certain days or weeks, I would get discouraged however, now I can see where if my weight hasn't changed, I can still see changes positively in my body composition. It's giving me more to keep motivated then just the pounds lost. I love the colors and display is large and easy to use. It is very user-friendly just step on the scale to get started. I also love that it came with the batteries and that it uses three AAAbatteries as my past scale used a coin type battery, which was a hassle to replace. It also comes with a 10 year warranty. This is a wonderful tool for a weight loss , weight lifting or any other positive health journey!

Stopped working after a couple months, gives wildly different numbers everytime you step on. Literally can step off and step right back on and get a number that's 10lb different.

I like the size and weigh of the scale. I love that the scale gives you additional information. The thing I hate about it is that it’s confusing to get to the additional information. You have to wait for the rainbow light is flashing and then you need to chose the person number for your specific person.

Once acquiring the manual, still could not figure out how to access the advertised functions. Could not test out the scale compatibility with Weight Watchers, the account would not sync. The color screen was highly visible, and this scale was within a tenth variation of my regular scale. The sleek ess of this scale is nice, would love to be able to sync and try out the advertised functions. As a scale, this scale worked well: it powered on quickly, zeroed quickly, and presented weight in a fast manner.

You can setup multiple people for the scale for the composition metrics, which was super easy to do. I will continue to use this to directionally track my body composition and weight. The only thing that I wish it had is a cheat sheet on the actual scale for what the symbols and color bar mean, as I find myself having to reopen the instructions booklet kind of often.

It's easy to use. I'm not sure the BMI is exactly right but at least you have a starting point and monitor from there. I will definitely keep this product after haven gotten it to test and review.
