Wellness Minced Chicken Dinner in Gravy Wet Cat Food - Case of 24/3 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well packaged, with a pull tab top. The label was clear and easily readable. It smelled like canned chicken, with no funky odor or "extra" to it. Was easy to scoop out the can with a spoon. Was thick and juicy, with a good texture. My cat couldn't stop meowing while I put his plate together. He instantly ate about 1/3 of it.

My other cat was pickier however and didn't really enjoy it as much. Overall I would recommend this to people whose cats aren't super picky as my other cat really enjoyed it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My senior cat, who can be very picky, loved this food. There is an okay amount of food and it doesn't stink (like other foods do). The price isn't the cheapest but if it really is a healthier option, I would buy this for my cat.

They gobbled it down. It smelled like actual Chicken and gravy, and it was chopped decently to give them some texture while eating. They loved it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chicken minced cat food has an appealing texture and smell. It is grain free which is good for cats. You can actually see carrots in it. It has a nice amount of gravy ratio to meat. Not too wet. One out of my three cats really seem d to like it. One walked away, the other sniffed at it and tasted it but walked away. They are weird and prefer dry kibble.

This food is the only thing my cat eats! Now that they changed the formula my cat wont eat it! Its so frustrating for me drive around Florida pet’s supermarkets to collect an old cans😖

Wellness has always been a “go-to” product when feeding my pets (cat and dog) but I have noticed a radical change in the quality of many brands of cat food recently, Wellness being one of them. I’m not sure if this is something that is happening at the store level (foods being stolen and counterfeit items replacing them) or taking place in the commercial kitchens where the food is prepared…however I believe people should be extremely concerned with the commercial food kitchens that prepare our foods (both pet and human) and who is in charge of preparing them and what type of oversight is there. This particular can from Wellness was made in Thailand and I opened it and noticed how disgusting the food appeared and then attempted to feed my cat but she wouldn’t eat it. I have recently purchased cat food make in the USA by a variety of companies that was also extremely poor quality and my cat would not eat it so there is a very real issue here and it appears to be widespread.

My cat was eating the 3 oz Minced Chicken Dinner bits in light gravy canned food & was enjoying it - food was made in USA. However the recent cans I purchased are 3 oz but are a slightly different size (diameter is slightly larger & can is slightly shorter) & label on can says product is from Thailand. My cat will NOT eat the food in the recent cans I purchased which were produced in Thailand. I can see & smell the difference in the food from Thailand. Very disappointing. Will need to find a new food for my cat unless you can advise where I can find the product which is made in the USA.

I have been feeding this food to my cat for several years. A cat on grain free food is on it for a reason. A few months ago the vomiting started up again and then it was every meal. I stopped feeding the cat this food and the vomiting stopped. Not sure what changed but something did.
