The food is good... The gas is bad

My GSD, pitbull, and pitmix all like this food, they're scratching less, their skin and hair look so shiny and healthy. The only downfall is that my German shepherd gets horrible smelling gas... Silent but deadly, no joke, the girl clears a room. Otherwise, they really enjoy this food. I also like that it absorbs water fairly easy, since I always add water to my dogs food.

I tried a variety of dog foods to help with my dogs constant licking and burping up after eating. This food did the trick! Worth the money for the quality.

My silver lab started getting sores and was itching all the time. The vet determined he was allergic to chicken -common with this breed. We were already on wellness complete. My vet reviewed the ingredients of the whitefish sweet potato and said it was good. We’ve had no problems since. All my dogs are now on this food and doing well with it. We’ve also used the core puppy food. I highly recommend all the products.

My dog has many food allergies, and it was important for me to find him a food that met his needs and is not grain-free, this one works GREAT and he loves it which really helps because he is picky!

My dog used to be incredibly excited for mealtime. He practically vibrated at the thought of eating his dinner Over the last month he has left food in the bowl repeatedly and has significantly more gas than he ever did before. I feel like your formula must have changed as I see visible differences in the kibble from the original to now.

After a stressful period of allergies , and skin problems with our chocolate lab we decided to rule out chicken/ beef allergies and switched to this food. May just be coincidence but he has done much better on this food and he really likes it. I like the simple ingredients in this food.

My pup has a pretty sensitive stomach and extremely picky! We had him on blue buffalo but he had diarrhea every day, so we switched to the wellness deboned chicken puppy food, and no more tummy troubles! Plus, he loved it! And now that he's older he's now on the whitefish and still has had no problems. Very satisfied. It's hard to pick a good food, and I'm really glad we found this!

While this is a great food, one of my dogs had such bad allergies, she was actually allergic to many ingredients in many foods. Her allergy screen came.with a packet of food, snacks, etc... That she could have and wellness wasn't on it. Because of that I kept all the dogs on the same food.

There are a lot of scary stories about dog foods making dogs sick but I can confidently say this brand is not one of them. They come highly recommended and use really good ingredients. I recommend this one to others all the time and my dog loves it!

My beagle used to eat this food. She is allergic to all chicken, turkey, duck and grains so this was great for her. It did not bother her allergies at all. The one drawback was the fishy smell. After a while Roxy got tired of it and no longer wanted to eat it so we had to switch to something different.

I switched my dog to this food after the information about dilated cardiomyopathy came out and I noticed my dog having exercise intolerance. My dog likes this food but it took us a long time to transition him to it. He was throwing up and having loose stools for a week... I had to mix it with his old food for about 3 weeks which was a bit of a hassle. He does seem healthier on it now. He has put back on some weight and his endurance is back up. It is super fishy and his breath smells bad.... It’s too early to tell if his coat looks healthier or not.

This dog food has made my dogs fur so beautiful and shiny and the price isn’t outrageous. The ingredients are minimal and I can pronounce them all. Feed your dog like a family member, and try wellness.

I wanted to try a new brand after the FDA came out with their investigation and this one was said to be good. My dog really loves it and it didn’t upset her stomach. However this flavor smells very fishy and I will probably not buy this flavor again.

Our pup LOVES this dry food recipe! We just recently switched over to the Wellness brand and it’s been positive change with our pup! We switched dog food brands because we needed a wider selection of dog dry food flavours and Wellness has just that! Love it!

So my German Shepherd is pretty much allergic to everything and would get chronic ear infections. Once she got an allergy test and we found out what she could and couldnt have we switched her to this food. She has not had ANY ear infections since! She is a much happier dog on this food and enjoys the taste of it. It is a little pricey, but not as pricey as all the trips to the vet we’ve had to take

I had my German shepherd on this brand for about a year. She is very picky when it comes to food and she did get tired of this brand in comparing to others. I tried different flavors of this brand but she still did not like it.
