I don’t like how big the capsules are though, but that’s just a minor issue. From what I’ve read, the ingredients seem clean for the most part also. I’m still on the lookout for a good multivitamin, but this one seems like you get your moneys worth out of it.

The ingredients seem to be fine as well but i will say that the pills are quite large so if you are someone like me who has trouble swallowing large pills i would take that into consideration. Other than that though the vitamins were great.

What I will say is that I appreciate the addition of iron in these vitamins, it’s hard to find a good amount these days.

Quality is good and makes me feel great but I had to stop it since my body produces an overflow of vitamin B with the pill. Nothing concerning I just don’t need this specific pill.

I gave this a good 30 days before I reviewed it, I love this so so much. I feel so much more refreshed and energized after. I feel like the stresses of life were really getting me and my diet had taken a bit of a hit but this really gave me everything I had been missing out on and more. I’m not a big supplement girl but these really helped me out. I’m definitely buying these again.

When you open the bottle there is a slight smell, but there is zero taste to these. However, these vitamins are absolutely HUGE. You also have to take TWO. I tried so hard but i was barely able to swallow the one. It was quite literally half the size of my pinky. I wish these were smaller.
