It's a triangular-shaped powder applicator made with ultra-soft velvet fibers. Its design allows for precise application in difficult areas like under the eyes and around the nose. It's also reusable and washable, making it very affordable, but it's also reasonably priced in many cosmetics stores. I like that it's pink.🩷💖
