I suffer from horrible cramps and this definitely helped alleviate the pain. My little one has even used it to cuddle up with :) 10/10 recommend

It is larger than expected but I appreciate the bigger size as I am able to target an area without having to keep moving it around. I only wish it held it's heat a little longer than it actually does. I think I get about 20 minutes of heat before it starts to get too cool to use. Overall, its adorable and I recommend.

It’s pretty good size and very soft like a Beenie baby type of material. Very nice quality. Soothing lavender scent and you can even heat it up to lay on your belly to relieve cramps. This is the perfect and most cutest menstrual productive ever tried! Definitely buy if you have bad cramps and need soothing relief!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have PCOS so I do often have strong menstrual pain and hormonal moods when I get my period, especially when I have heavy flow. Life doesn’t stop when your period starts, so self care is key to getting through it. The Menstruation Crustacean is so cute and the love in its eyes is saying “I’m here to help!” Pop them in the microwave according to the on tag instructions (so helpful for future use) and apply. The heat, weight and lavender smell really sooth the muscle soreness and lift your spirits. I heated for 90 seconds and felt it was very warm (but not too hot to be uncomfortable) for about 15 minutes, but still warm at the 30 minute mark. It’s soft to cuddle while lounging or even at your desk if you have pain at work. So, obviously this Menstruation Crustacean is marketed for period pain but it could help soothe other abdominal pain or injury. My 3 year old loves it and is always carrying it around the house. I had a previous product like this that was filled with rice, but my dog was always after it, he shows no interest in this one. Would make an excellent gift for any woman in your life, especially a teen or someone suffering with menstrual pain or surgery.

I love playing with the beads or material in it. Very relaxing. I have used it for cramps several times and it works really well. I am not a huge fan of the smell when it immediately comes out of the microwave. Wish it was unscented but I can Deal with it. I will keep this by my side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The therapeutic smell of lavender and the heat that lasts about 15 minutes was great. I put it over my shirt, wasn’t too hot to the touch, and I didn’t notice excess moisture. I would definitely use this as needed to ease cramps/muscle pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute little heating pad!!! So cute my 4yo kid sleeps with it every night and takes it to school when he is feeling down. I warmed it up on the microwave for a minute to compare it to other “warmers” i have and I don’t like that it gets “damp” all over and it’s kinda uncomfortable to put on your skin, however it does warm up good and can be used for that feature. It also has a strong lavender scent when it is warm that I do not like. I will not be using it for pms cramps but it makes my kid happy.

It helped take away the achey feeling in my knee. It also smells soothing. The only thing I noticed is that is was moist to the touch and on my skin. Not sure if you can tell in the photo. I do have a microwaveable heating pad that doesn't feel wet so I don't know if this is normal or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute design and stays warm. Big enough to use from hip to hip but not too big where it's a pain to use. I reached for it at the beginning of cramping and it did help reduce the pain. Will definitely continue to use over amd over again.
