It was the best book I read this year and I read 68 of them. So good I bought copies for my daughters and friends. Who knew so much went on in your brain while you sleep. If you never thought sleep was important, you will after reading this!!!

Sleep is difficult to study, but progress has been made in understanding it. Walker does an excellent job of giving an overview of where the field is and what you can do to improve your sleep hygiene, and why you should care.
